Policies and Terms of Use
The following policies and terms apply to anyone who wishes to utilize the services provided by North Carolina Medical Massage, Inc.
Doctors Referral and Prescription
Before any therapy or service can be rendered North Carolina Medical Massage, Inc. requires a prescription provided by your doctor.
24-Hour Cancellation Notice
All appointments require a 24-hour cancellation notice. Should you not be able to provide a 24 hour advanced notice of cancellation for your appointment you will be billed $40 for the missed appointment.
No Shows / No Notice
Anyone missing an appointment without a cancellation notice will be billed $60 for the missed appointment. No exceptions will be made for those not providing an advanced notice by phone or in writing. You will be considered “No Show / No Notice” if you are more than 15 minutes late for any scheduled appointment.
Delay
Should there be a delay in completion of your paper work when your scheduled appointment starts you will be billed for the full amount of the appointment and only receive treatment for what is left of your scheduled time. Should it take the entire scheduled appointment for you to complete your paper work you will be billed for the session and receive no treatments that day.
