If you have major medical insurance you may qualify for insurance coverage for Medical Massage Therapy.

Neck Pain, Myofacial Pain, Lower Back Pain, Whiplash, Fibromyalgia, Sprains and Strains, Tendonitis, Trigger Points, Athletic Injury, High Blood Pressure, Sciatica, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, TMJ, TOS, Post Injury Rehabilitation, Tendon Injury, Repetitive Strain Injury, Migraines, Edema, Headaches, Insomnia, Emotional Stress, and Osteoarthritis.

For Those Without Insurance Coverage
Even if you do not qualify for insurance coverage you can still be treated by a Medical Massage Therapist. All we requre is a doctors writen prescription to get started.
Doctors Prescription
North Carolina Medical Massage requires a prescription from your doctor before we can begin therapy. If you do not have a prescription for Medical Massage therapy then please contact our staff.

Before you contact us please have the following information available:
 Patient's Name & Address, Date of Birth, Social Security Number, Insurance Company, Policy Number or Insured ID, Group Number, Benefits Phone Number, Estimate of Procedure, Personal Contact Number, and your Email Address.
Don't worry if you don't know the answers to all these questions, but please have as much information as possible when you call or write us. This information is what we need to determine if you or a family member qualify for coverage. Please be aware not all policies provide for medical massage therapy.
